Terracotta tiles... are they making a come back?

The 70’s called… and they are so happy that their beloved terracotta tiles are making a comeback! Little snippets of terracotta tones keep popping up on the gram and pinterest and let’s be honest, it took us a while but we are slowly coming around to the idea!
Our top tips to bring these babies back in a modern way:
1 - choose 1 surface for your hero terracotta tile (either the floor, a wall, a feature tile) and let it shine.
2 - pair your terracotta tile with more simple and pared back tile choices.
3 - use similar hues in the space, think earthy tones and other shades of terracotta
4 - add a pop of brass for your tapware, terracotta and brass work so well together.
5 - keep your fittings and fixtures modern, this will help keep your current bathroom in 2019!
6 - and remember - if you love the colour but don’t want to fully commit to this trend, use a modern tile in a terracotta tone!
