It has a super thin profile and the cords are tucked away to create the ultimate in minimal design. A big tick from me!
It is full of all the technology you could ask for plus more - wondering if it has it, it does! LG has apps for most major streaming platforms integrated (including Disney+ and Apple TV), so with the touch of button you can be streaming your favourite shows. It also supports Apple AirPlay 2, meaning you can effortlessly stream content (including Dolby Vision titles) from iPhone, iPad and Mac straight to your TV. Feel like listening to some music on Spotify or watching a YouTube tutorial? One click and you’re done!
The WebOS Motion remote control is simple, intuitive, fun to use and even has it’s own dedicated Netflix button - now that’s a feature I’m here for! The remote also features a built-in mic and voice recognition features that allows you to quickly search for information (need to know what tomorrow’s weather is?) or control their smart home via the Google Assistant (lights on please Alexa!).
Another massive selling point of this TV is the picture quality. OLED has amazing blacks, so the colours appear much brighter than with normal LED TVs and the latest CX range of OLED TVs includes the new A9 Gen 3 AI Processor, Filmmaker Mode and Dolby Vision IQ standards, which makes it the benchmark TV for movie fanatics… in non-technical terms - the picture quality is incredible!
Are you a gamer? This is for you!
