Say Hello to 'Courtyard House' a stunning home from the AuHaus release by Lifespaces Group. This home has been designed for relaxed living with all spaces arranged around a large central courtyard which draws light and breeze into the house and creates a strong connection between all living zones.

The material palette of blue-stone and natural hardwood creates an elegantly understated and robust family home with lofty ceilings and generous glazing which floods the living areas with natural light. The semi-enclosed courtyard acts as an outdoor room, an entertaining space onto which all internal areas flow. This central courtyard also provides a controlled and private external outlook regardless of neighbouring conditions.

Home Tour - Foote House by McKimm

Foote House by McKimm

There is so much to love about Foote House #project341 by McKimm - be it the stunning black and marble kitchen with over sized linear pendant light (above), the modern and super luxurious bathrooms or the fact the whole house was created in a U shape around the mind blowingly beautiful pool, so you can catch a glimpse of the glistening water from all angles and many rooms.

Material selection is key to this home being an absolute stand out, McKimm's use of concrete, feature brickwork and timber have been layered with architectural finesse, creating a different textural experience at every turn.

We would love to know what your favourite feature is, comment below!

Foote House by McKimm

"Conceptually, the architectural composition of the home sits in a u-shape formation, flanking the pool as the centrepiece and integrating the indoor and outdoor spaces with ease. The luxury of a northern orientation floods the open plan living spaces with an abundance of natural light, including the underground basement where light dances through via a landscaped glass atrium that falls from the main entrance." says McKimm

Modern and Fresh - Caufield North Project by Joy Design Co

Interior Design & Styling Kristel Marshall - Joy Design Co | Built by NuScope Constructions | Photography Stephanie Rooney

We love seeing home renovations and we love this modern, fresh, minimalist and super divine home designed by Joy Design Co

Situated in Caufield North, this 1980’s home renovation was dedicated to elevating it’s gallery-like living spaces with the new kitchen and bathrooms sitting quietly and elegantly alongside.

Joy Design Co's brief was to evoke calm and restraint in these rooms, to create a scheme that didn’t compete with the layered feel of the rest of the home. The kitchen and bathrooms were designed with a minimalist and timeless aesthetic with white joinery and quartz stone in subtle greys. They added small accents of black to anchor the look and compliment the artworks.

The lighting choices were chosen to honour the artwork throughout the home, hand-blown glass modernist pendants by Mark Douglass feature over the island bench in the kitchen and a single hand made porcelain pendant crafted by Porcelain Bear in the powder room.

This is the apartment James Bond would live in if he was a Sydneysider...

Paragon of Pyrmont, Thirdi Group’s latest residential development promises to deliver stunning living at an unparalleled inner city location in Sydney’s Pyrmont to a standard never seen before.

Designed by globally renowned architects and interior designers, SJB, Paragon of Pyrmont features a range of luxury 1 and 3 bedroom apartments and exclusive 3, 4 and 5 bedroom residences that are guaranteed to excite even the most discerning purchasers. Paragon’s piece de resistance is its remarkably luxurious 5-level terrace townhouses, which impress from the moment you cross the threshold.

And I mean who doesn't want their Maserati in their office?!

Landscaping across the development by Black Beetle ensure a lush green outlook in the centre of the city. Huge vertical gardens are incorporated into Terraces 1-5, 10 and 21 with custom lighting and potential water feature visible from all bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas.

With innovation paramount, Paragon of Pyrmont residences will integrate the latest in advanced automation and green technologies. All apartments will incorporate the very latest in home automation, with the ability to control lighting, air-conditioning, entertainment, security and power consumption from an iPad or smartphones app.

Furthermore, each residence features a private basement garage, most accommodating two cars, with a smart home automation system that recognises when a resident’s car is approaching the garage and open automatically, turning on the lights (even into the terrace, depending on individual settings) and ensuring the private lift is waiting to ferry them up to their home. The generously sized garages also have ample room for a laundry, bike racks, additional storage and even a temperature-controlled wine cellar for up to 1000 bottles.
