INSIDE - Brighton 7 by InForm

This imposing residence designed and built by InForm addresses its corner site as two double storey monoliths, connected by a glazed stairwell overlooking a central garden.

The black timber garage door wraps into the entry hall, which apart from fine black steel details, is the only variation on the monochromatic exterior. A bold, sculptural composition of cement render and glass on the outside, promotes a strong connection to the substantial garden from the inside.

The open plan kitchen living area opens out to an extensive loggia on the north and enjoys views to the pool on the west. The ground floor also includes a lounge and study overlooking the courtyard, while all four bedrooms are on the first floor.

The interior includes a classic palette of oak timber floors and predominately dark joinery offset with a luxurious amount of feature marble.
