Grand Designs Australia have releases a gorgeous new Home Collection. The collection is inspired by the Grand Designs Australia TV series that airs on Foxtel’s Lifestyle channel and hosted by architect Peter Maddison.
Across the range, natural materials take centre stage which is right up my alley. The colours, textures and materials of elm, oak, linen, wool, art glass, ceramics and hide are just divine. The collection is "designed to bring something new and unique to home living. Many items deliver impact through scale, and all tie in with each other for a coordinated look."
Each piece has been developed by experts and the collection encompasses furniture, lighting, plants, textiles and decor. They have drawn on years of experience and passion to bring you pieces with character and distinction.
Combining rich layering and dusty tones, Studio Twocan’s cement ceramics are inspired by Australian landscapes.
Handcrafted in Melbourne, the Studio Twocan range includes vessels and vases, available in three colourways exclusive to Jardan.
Love love love it all... x

Beautifully hand-crafted and glazed by expertly-skilled artisans, the Kali stoneware range has some new additions to mix up your kitchenware.
Their new stone spreading knives which are available in many sought-after hues are so gorgeous as well as functional and feature a natural leather tie for extra effect.
New cup sets are great for tea or water, and also to make a beautiful statement for decorative planting on a table or console. They can be mixed and matched with an assortment of plates, bowls and platters and each piece is subtly unique.

Kmart have been absolutely killing it with their homewares collections for a while now and their Winter Collection is just as 'on trend'!
A carefully curated, locally designed collection of warm and textured winter living pieces are in store now. Form and function share centre stage in Kmart’s May Living collection – sleek Scandinavian styling, on-trend minimalistic materials and moody colour palettes meet cosy, tactile textures for added warmth in Winter.
All items are also extremely affordable with Kmart continuing to cement its reputation as the destination for designer inspired living at irresistible prices. Kmart Australia’s Head of Home, Julie Miller-Sensini, said, “Our May Living arrivals will continue to surprise and delight our customers. The stylish range of winter essentials showcases a natural look with simple clean lines – with a few hints of monochrome, providing a nod to the current interiors trend”.
Cosy, stylish pieces that I expect to be super popular include the grey and white ombre faux fur cushion ($12) and throw ($25, also available in a charcoal checkerboard pattern), the Wellington faux sheepskin (in white, pink or grey for $19) and the faux cow hide (only $49). A huge selection of designer look blankets, from geometric reversible ($20) to Diamond and Scandi printed plush blankets ($29).
I'm sure most of you are IKEA fans, closeted or not... so let's start drooling over their latest collection VIKTIGT by Swedish designer Ingegerd Råman. The combination of natural materials and beautiful craftsmanship makes this collection outstanding and perfect for the contemporary home.
The collection’s design is mostly swedish – it blends simplicity with natural materials and timeless design. Be aware that this is a limited collection so be quick!
Photographed on location at the breathtaking rural town of Annandale, New Zealand; Country Road’s Winter 2016 campaign captures a cosy and intimate moment in time, against a dramatic and natural landscape.
As always their collection is absolutely stunning and you will want one of everything... make some room in your houses people! Soft furnishings continue to focus on luxe, 3D textures featuring knobbly textiles, long-haired tweeds, pile knits and elements of fringe. Stylish linen bedding, decorative cushions, and beautiful throws are offered in neutral shades of grey, nude and brown with highlights of faded teal and petrol blue. Functional homewares are softened with beautiful marble finishes and accents of gold and similar detailing is also seen across new decorative baskets, lighting and votive candles.
Stoneware dining adds a dramatic statement to the table with an exposed charcoal bisque on the outer, and gloss white inner making the serving collections both functional and decorative. Charcoal and grey napery is highlighted with pale chalk blue in textural placemats and napkins, perfectly complementing the earthy terracotta tones made for entertaining.
This range focuses on sophisticated homewares that are both stylish and functional.. LOVE!

I just can't get enough of Country Roads Home's collections of late, they are just to die for... They are seriously just getting better and better and better!
This Autumn Winter 2016 sees Country Road Home celebrate the beauty and simplicity of industrial, functional pieces, which are softened through an autumnal colour palette of washed reds and rich browns with metallic highlights of gold and copper, enough said, Gold and Copper, my favourites! There’s a focus on raw materials such as concrete, marble and oak being interpreted in modern ways; a clock created in speckled grey concrete and delicate glass vessels with marble stoppers... YAY!
Black and snow marble lights are a strong design addition to the range along with oak tables finished with marble tops. Knits reveal their intricate construction through fluffed textures - designed to be mixed together for luxurious layering in the home.
If you are in the mood to update you kitchen then listen out... striking enamel cookware in a chalky pale grey and the introduction of fresh sage green into their Tapas dining range is a sophisticated new season change. Felt place-mats and napkins in linen and cotton add depth to your table settings, with a cleansing palette of neutral charcoals, pale grey and marshmallow will ensure an understated style.
And my finally my favourite... Bed linen sees the introduction of cloud-like textiles, cleverly created through subtle embroidery and quilting in calming, restful shades including chalk blue and nude pink... dreamy!
Scroll down if you dare... you will want it all, I promise you!
Welcome to Zakkia's 2016 Collection... The latest range introduces their first venture into handmade bowls, oversized mugs, spoons and containers. The colour palette of greys, lavender and pink with a monochrome base represents their Scandinavian heritage, and they have also introduced a seagrass tone that is reminiscent of the ocean.... can I have one of everything please? LOVE!
This collection was designed on a recent trip to their homeland of Sweden where the word ‘mys’ is used to describe a cosy and complete feeling. And the team at Zakkia think ‘mys’ is the perfect word for the new collection’s soft, contemporary style with touches of brass detailing and gentle rounded shapes.
"At Zakkia, we believe the little details make all the difference in a home. We are passionate about designing products that help people create a space they love and we aim to celebrate individual style and innovation in the process."
Zakkia was founded by Swede-turned-Sydneysider Sara Lundgren in late 2012. Growing up in Sweden Sara was surrounded by design her entire childhood, and since moving to Australia this passion grew even more as she was inspired by the beauty of her new environment.
Are you crushing on the vessels above as much as me? Colour love!!!
